Alcohol

Oleptal DT 450 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

PregnancyUNSAFE

Oleptal DT 450 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br>Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feedingSAFE

Oleptal DT 450 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.<br>Baby should be monitored for excessive sleepiness and weight gain.

DrivingUNSAFE

Do not drive or operate machinery while taking this medicine.

KidneyCAUTION

Oleptal DT 450 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Oleptal DT 450 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

LiverUNSAFE

Oleptal DT 450 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Oleptal DT 450 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>Dose adjustment is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

Inform your doctor if you develop difficulty concentrating, memory problems, confusion, weakness, and unsteadiness.</li> <li>Talk to your doctor if you notice sudden mood changes or develop suicidal thoughts.</li> <li>Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may increase the seizure frequency.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>
