Pantoprazole (as gastro-resistant) 40 mg + Domperidone (as sustained release) 30 mg capsule
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity and heartburn, gastritis, dyspepsia/indigestion, nausea/vomiting associated with acid reflux
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump. Domperidone is a dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist that improves gastric emptying and helps relieve nausea and reflux symptoms.
Take orally as advised by a doctor. Commonly taken once daily 30–60 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush or chew.

Use with caution in liver disease. Long-term PPI use may increase risk of low magnesium/vitamin B12 deficiency, bone fractures, and infections (e.g., C. difficile). Domperidone may increase risk of QT prolongation/serious heart rhythm problems—avoid in patients with known QT prolongation, significant electrolyte disturbances, or serious heart disease. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, black stools, vomiting blood, or unexplained weight loss occur.
