Pantoprazole (as gastro-resistant) 40 mg + Domperidone (as sustained release) 30 mg capsule
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity and heartburn, gastritis, dyspepsia/indigestion, nausea/vomiting associated with acid reflux
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump. Domperidone is a dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist that improves gastric emptying and helps relieve nausea and reflux symptoms.
Take orally as advised by a doctor. Commonly taken once daily 30–60 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush or chew.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Panzoras-D Cap. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Use with caution in liver disease. Long-term PPI use may increase risk of low magnesium/vitamin B12 deficiency, bone fractures, and infections (e.g., C. difficile). Domperidone may increase risk of QT prolongation/serious heart rhythm problems—avoid in patients with known QT prolongation, significant electrolyte disturbances, or serious heart disease. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, black stools, vomiting blood, or unexplained weight loss occur.
