Pregabalin (75mg) + Duloxetine (20mg)
Pregabid-D 75 Capsule is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
Pregabid-D 75 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and duloxetine. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) which increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pregabid-D 75 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Pregabid D 75/20 Cap. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
