Rabeprazole 20 mg + Levosulpiride (sustained release) 75 mg
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn/acid reflux, gastritis and dyspepsia (indigestion) associated with delayed gastric emptying; relief in nausea, bloating and fullness due to functional dyspepsia.
Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase pump in gastric parietal cells. Levosulpiride is a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist with prokinetic action that improves gastric motility and speeds gastric emptying, helping reduce reflux and dyspeptic symptoms.
Capsule (SR). Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily, preferably 30 minutes before food (often before breakfast). Swallow whole; do not crush or open the capsule. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Rablet L 40 Cap. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Use with caution in liver disease; may cause dizziness/sleepiness—avoid driving if affected. Long-term PPI use may increase risk of low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, fractures and infections (e.g., C. difficile). Seek medical advice if you have alarm symptoms (vomiting blood, black stools, unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing). Levosulpiride may cause movement disorders/extrapyramidal symptoms, hyperprolactinemia, and rarely QT prolongation—use caution in patients with heart rhythm disorders. Not recommended in patients with suspected/known GI obstruction, perforation or bleeding.
