Uses of SUCRALYN O 100ML

Relief of acidity, heartburn, gastritis and stomach/duodenal ulcer symptoms; used as a gastric mucosal protectant/antacid syrup (exact indication depends on label).

How it works

Sucralfate-based gastric protectants form a viscous protective barrier over ulcerated/inflamed mucosa and shield it from acid and pepsin, promoting healing. If antacid components are present, they neutralize excess stomach acid and reduce irritation.

Directions for use

Oral suspension/syrup. Shake well before use. Commonly taken on an empty stomach (e.g., 1 hour before meals and at bedtime) as advised by the doctor. Keep a gap of at least 2 hours from other medicines unless prescribed otherwise.

Warnings & precautions

Not a substitute for evaluation of persistent dyspepsia.
