Erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases cGMP levels in penile tissue during sexual stimulation, improving blood flow and helping achieve and maintain an erection.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by a doctor; commonly taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Swallow whole with water; can be taken with or without food. Do not take more than once in 24 hours unless specifically prescribed.

Not for women or children. Do not use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) due to dangerous drop in blood pressure. Use caution in heart disease, recent heart attack/stroke, uncontrolled blood pressure, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, bleeding disorders, or penile deformity. Seek urgent help for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected.
