How to take Tiger Balm White Ointment

For external use only. Apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage 2–4 times daily. For headache, apply to temples/forehead; for nasal congestion, apply on chest/throat (do not apply inside nostrils). Wash hands after use; avoid eyes, mouth and broken/irritated skin.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Tiger Balm White as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

If you take too much
