Ivermectin 12 mg
Treatment of certain parasitic infections such as strongyloidiasis and onchocerciasis; also used for scabies and head lice as prescribed.
Ivermectin is an antiparasitic medicine that binds to parasite-specific chloride channels (glutamate-gated), increasing chloride influx and causing paralysis and death of the parasite. This helps clear the infestation/infection.
Take as directed by a doctor. Usually taken by mouth on an empty stomach with water (about 1 hour before food). Dose depends on body weight and the condition; may be single dose or repeated as prescribed.
Common side effects of VERMACT-12 TAB may include:

Not recommended for self-medication; ivermectin is not proven for viral infections unless specifically advised.
