Betahistine is a histamine analogue that improves microcirculation in the inner ear by vasodilation and reducing endolymphatic pressure. It also modulates histamine receptors in the vestibular nuclei, helping reduce vertigo symptoms.
Take orally exactly as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water (do not crush/chew); usually taken once daily (OD) preferably after food or with food to reduce stomach upset. Continue regularly for best benefit.

Use with caution in patients with bronchial asthma, peptic ulcer disease/history of ulcer, and low blood pressure. Seek medical help if allergic reactions (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty) occur. Not recommended for children unless prescribed. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult ENT/doctor.
