Alcohol-based hand sanitizers denature proteins and disrupt lipid membranes of many bacteria and viruses, leading to rapid microbial kill. Effectiveness depends on adequate alcohol concentration and sufficient contact time.
Apply a palmful to dry hands and rub all surfaces of hands and fingers until dry (about 20–30 seconds). Do not rinse or wipe off. For external use only. Refill into a suitable dispenser; keep container closed when not in use.
