Gel
Treatment of acne vulgaris (pimples), especially inflammatory acne with redness and pus-filled lesions; helps reduce acne-related inflammation and bacterial growth.
Clindamycin is a topical antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, reducing Cutibacterium acnes and inflammation in acne lesions. Nicotinamide has anti-inflammatory effects and helps reduce sebum-related inflammation, improving acne and redness.
For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to acne-affected skin 1–2 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Avoid eyes, lips, inside nose and broken/irritated skin; wash hands after application.
Burning or stinging, skin irritation, redness, dryness, peeling, itching
Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, swelling, or allergic reaction occurs. Prolonged use may contribute to antibiotic resistance; use only for the duration advised. Rarely, topical clindamycin can cause antibiotic-associated diarrhoea/colitis—seek medical help if severe diarrhoea or abdominal cramps occur. Avoid concomitant use with harsh cleansers, alcohol-based products, or abrasive acne agents unless advised.
Topical erythromycin (may reduce effect), neuromuscular blocking agents (clindamycin may enhance blockade), other topical acne medicines/retinoids/benzoyl peroxide (additive irritation)
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct light and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children.
