Arcmet 12.5mg Tablet XL is a long-acting beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body. Arcmet 12.5mg Tablet XL prevents migraines by blocking stress hormones, stabilizing blood vessels, and calming nerve activity. This reduces sudden blood flow changes and physical stress, lowering migraine frequency and severity.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Arcmet 12.5mg Tablet XL may be taken with or without food. Avoid Arcmet 12.5mg Tablet XL with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.
