Treatment of Prevention of heart attack and stroke
Atorlip-ASP 20 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Atorvastatin and Aspirin/Acetylsalicylic acid, which prevents heart attack and stroke. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin/Acetylsalicylic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Atorlip ASP 20 Capsule may be taken with or without food.
