Auxisoda - Ec 1000 mg Tablet

Auxisoda - Ec 1000 mg Tablet contains Sodium Bicarbonate (1000mg) and is used for management of Metabolic acidosis.

Management of Metabolic acidosis

Auxisoda-EC 1000mg Tablet works primarily by providing a source of bicarbonate ions to the body. Auxisoda-EC 1000mg Tablet neutralizes the acidity in the stomach, providing relief from the discomfort of acid reflux or heartburn. It can help temporarily increase the pH of the blood, making it less acidic. This property can be useful in certain medical situations, such as metabolic acidosis, where the body becomes too acidic due to conditions like kidney dysfunction or severe dehydration. Auxisoda-EC 1000mg Tablet may also help in cases where the urine needs to be less acidic, such as when trying to promote the excretion of certain drugs or when managing certain urinary tract conditions.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Auxisoda-EC 1000mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

This is for short-term relief. See a doctor if you need it most days for more than a couple of weeks. Reduces the absorption of thyroid tablets, iron, and several antibiotics — separate them by at least two hours.
