Bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis and other susceptible ocular infections (as prescribed).

If Besix contains an antibiotic, it works by inhibiting growth of bacteria responsible for eye infection, helping reduce redness, discharge and irritation. Exact mechanism depends on the active ingredient; confirm the label for the salt.

For ophthalmic use only. Instill the number of drops advised by the doctor into the affected eye(s). Wash hands before use, avoid touching the dropper tip, and keep a gap of 5–10 minutes between different eye drops. Remove contact lenses before instillation and reinsert only if advised.

Burning or stinging in eye, temporary blurred vision, eye irritation, redness, watering, itching

Do not use if allergic to any component. Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination. Stop and consult a doctor if pain, swelling, worsening redness, vision changes, or no improvement occurs. Use with caution in contact lens wearers; avoid lenses during active infection unless advised. Do not share eye drops.

Other ophthalmic medicines (use with a gap of 5–10 minutes). Clinically significant systemic interactions are unlikely with topical ophthalmic use, but inform your doctor about all medicines.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Discard within 4 weeks of opening or as per pack instructions.
