Tablet
Relief of painful musculoskeletal conditions with muscle spasm such as acute low back pain, neck pain, sprains/strains, muscle spasm associated with osteoarthritis or spondylitis, and other inflammatory pain conditions.
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic action via central inhibition of pain pathways. Thiocolchicoside is a skeletal muscle relaxant that helps reduce muscle spasm, improving mobility and pain.
Oral tablet. Take as prescribed by a doctor, usually after food to reduce gastric irritation. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the recommended dose or duration. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products concurrently unless advised.
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, acidity/heartburn, diarrhoea, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, skin rash
May cause stomach irritation/ulcer/bleeding; use caution in patients with history of peptic ulcer, GI bleeding, or on anticoagulants. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease and in elderly patients. Paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage—do not exceed total daily paracetamol from all sources. Thiocolchicoside may cause drowsiness/dizziness—avoid driving if affected. Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid during breastfeeding unless prescribed. Stop and seek medical help if signs of allergy, severe abdominal pain, black stools, jaundice, or unusual bleeding occur.
Alcohol (increases liver/GI risk), anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) increased bleeding risk, other NSAIDs/corticosteroids increased GI ulcer risk, SSRIs/SNRIs increased bleeding risk, antihypertensives/diuretics (ACE inhibitors, ARBs, diuretics) reduced renal function risk, methotrexate increased toxicity, lithium increased levels, other paracetamol-containing medicines increased hepatotoxicity risk
