Relief of cough and throat irritation; symptomatic relief in common cold/upper respiratory tract infections (as an herbal cough syrup).

Tulasi has traditional expectorant and soothing properties that may help loosen mucus and reduce throat irritation. It also has mild anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activity that may support symptomatic relief in cough and cold.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use. Take the dose as directed on the label/by physician; typically taken 2-3 times daily. Can be taken with or without food; use a measuring cup/spoon.

Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn, allergic reactions (rash/itching)

Herbal product—exact strength and clinical evidence may vary by batch/label. Consult a doctor if cough persists >7 days, is recurrent, or is associated with fever, wheezing, shortness of breath, chest pain, or blood in sputum. Use with caution in diabetes (syrups may contain sugar), pregnancy/breastfeeding, and in children—follow label/medical advice. Stop use and seek care if allergy occurs.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) and antidiabetic medicines (may affect blood sugar); possible additive effect with antihypertensives. If on chronic medicines, consult a clinician.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep bottle tightly closed; do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
