Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency; supports bone health in conditions like osteopenia/osteoporosis and during increased requirements (e.g., elderly, post-menopausal women).

Calcium helps maintain normal bone mineralization and supports muscle and nerve function. Vitamin D3 improves intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, helping strengthen bones and reduce deficiency-related symptoms.

Take by mouth as advised by your doctor, usually once daily after food. Swallow the tablet with water; do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep a gap of 2–4 hours from iron, thyroid medicines, and certain antibiotics if advised.

Constipation, nausea, stomach upset, bloating, gas, metallic/chalky taste

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous diseases. Excess intake may cause high calcium levels (symptoms: vomiting, constipation, excessive thirst/urination, confusion). Consult a doctor if you are on long-term therapy or have renal impairment.

Levothyroxine, bisphosphonates (alendronate), tetracyclines, quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin/ofloxacin/levofloxacin), iron supplements, thiazide diuretics, digoxin, antacids containing aluminum/magnesium

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
