Calcinew Tablet contains Calcium (500mg) + Vitamin D3 (2000IU).

Treatment and prevention of Calcium deficiency

calcinEW Tablet is a combination of two nutritional supplements: calcium and vitamin D3. Calcium is added as a dietary supplement when the amount of calcium taken in the diet is not enough. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This, in turn, raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. calcinEW Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not take more than your doctor has advised. Vitamin D builds up in the body and too much raises blood calcium, causing thirst, frequent urination, nausea and confusion. High-dose weekly or monthly sachets are prescription strengths — do not repeat one because you missed a week. Tell your doctor if you have had kidney stones or have kidney disease.

Calcium reduces the absorption of thyroid tablets, several antibiotics and iron — separate them by a few hours. Water tablets of the thiazide group raise calcium further when combined.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
