Curcumin (from turmeric) is a polyphenol with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions that may help reduce inflammatory mediators and oxidative stress. This can support joint comfort and general wellbeing.

Capsule for oral use. Take as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional, typically once or twice daily with food. Swallow whole with water.

Not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have gallbladder disease, bleeding disorders, diabetes, GERD, liver disease, or are scheduled for surgery, consult a doctor before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if hypersensitivity occurs. Use caution if taking blood thinners/antiplatelets or if you have a history of kidney stones.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, acenocoumarol, aspirin, clopidogrel), NSAIDs, antidiabetic medicines (may enhance glucose-lowering), acid-reducing medicines (may worsen reflux in some), drugs metabolized by CYP enzymes (theoretical)

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
