Dardflam Spray

Dardflam Spray contains Diclofenac (1%w/w) + Menthol (5%w/w) + Linseed Oil (3%w/w) + Methyl Salicylate (10%w/w). Prescription required.

Dardflam Spray is used for pain relief.

Dardflam Spray is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) on the skin.

Use as directed on the pack, holding the nozzle the distance stated. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Take it with or just after food, and for the shortest time that works. Stop and seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, vomiting blood, or severe stomach pain — this group can cause bleeding from the stomach. Long or high-dose use raises the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney injury, particularly in older people and those already at risk. Avoid if you are dehydrated or have an illness with vomiting or loose motions — the kidneys are vulnerable then. Must be avoided in the last three months of pregnancy. For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth and broken skin. Do not apply a heating pad or hot water bottle over the treated area — this can cause a burn. Do not bandage tightly over it unless your doctor has told you to. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying, unless your hands are the area being treated. Stop if the skin becomes severely irritated or blisters.

Combining with a blood thinner or aspirin sharply raises the bleeding risk. Reduces the effect of blood pressure medicines and water tablets, and together with them can harm the kidneys. Never take two anti-inflammatory painkillers at the same time. Topical anti-inflammatory gels add to the effect of the same medicine taken by mouth; tell your doctor if you use both.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
