Relief from acidity and heartburn, acid indigestion, gastro-oesophageal reflux symptoms, gas and bloating

Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize excess stomach acid and reduce irritation of the stomach and food pipe. Simethicone breaks up gas bubbles in the gut, easing bloating and flatulence.

Oral gel/syrup: shake well before use. Typically taken after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a doctor. Use the measuring cup/spoon; can be taken with or without food (usually works best after meals).

Do not exceed recommended dose or use for prolonged periods without medical advice. Use with caution in kidney disease (risk of magnesium/aluminium accumulation), dehydration, or low-phosphate states. Seek medical help if symptoms persist >2 weeks, or if you have severe abdominal pain, vomiting, black stools, or unexplained weight loss. Antacids can affect absorption of other medicines—separate by 2–4 hours.

Tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones (e.g., ciprofloxacin/levofloxacin), iron salts, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates (alendronate), digoxin, isoniazid—reduced absorption; separate dosing by 2–4 hours
