Alcohol, other NSAIDs (ibuprofen/diclofenac/naproxen), blood thinners (warfarin), antiplatelets (aspirin/clopidogrel), steroids (prednisolone), SSRIs/SNRIs, ACE inhibitors/ARBs, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate (interaction risk depends on actual composition).
