Before you take it
Dytor -10 Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.<br/>Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Dytor -10 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Take with or without food. Avoid consuming alcohol. Monitor blood pressure regularly.

Taking Torsamide with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
May cause drowsiness or affect your concentration. Do not drive until you know how it affects you.
Dytor -10 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Dytor -10 Tablet is recommended.<br/>However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease as the use of Dytor -10 Tablet should be avoided in case you are unable to pass urine or the kidney damage is due to some medicines.
Dytor -10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dytor -10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Frequent urination, dehydration, low electrolytes.
Follow lab checks; report muscle cramps or weakness.
Anti-inflammatory painkillers blunt the effect and can strain the kidneys. Lithium and digoxin levels are affected; tell your doctor if you take either. Potassium-sparing types must not be combined with potassium supplements without supervision.
