Fast&Up Melatonin 5 mg Strawberry Tablet contains Melatonin 5 mg per tablet (strawberry flavour).

Helps manage sleep disturbances such as difficulty falling asleep (insomnia), jet lag, and disrupted sleep-wake cycle; supports better sleep quality

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that regulates the sleep-wake (circadian) rhythm. Supplementation may help signal the body that it is time to sleep, reducing sleep onset time and improving sleep quality.

Oral tablet (nutraceutical). Take 1 tablet once daily, preferably 30–60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. May be taken with or without food; avoid taking with heavy meals close to bedtime.

Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, nausea, vivid dreams, next-day sleepiness

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery after use. Use with caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding, depression or other psychiatric illness, epilepsy, autoimmune disorders, liver disease, and in elderly. Not recommended for children unless advised by a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dose. If sleep problems persist for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor.

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased sedation), sedatives/hypnotics, antidepressants (e.g., fluvoxamine may increase melatonin levels), anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin; possible increased bleeding risk), immunosuppressants, antihypertensives, antidiabetic medicines
