Topical treatment of bacterial skin infections and infected dermatitis/eczema; helps in inflamed, itchy skin conditions with suspected secondary bacterial infection.

This cream typically combines a topical antibiotic to kill susceptible bacteria on the skin with a corticosteroid to reduce inflammation, redness and itching. Together, they control infection and relieve symptoms.

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer 1–2 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Avoid covering with tight bandages unless advised; wash hands after application.

Burning, stinging, irritation, redness, itching, dryness, skin thinning with prolonged use, acne/folliculitis, hypopigmentation

Do not use on viral or fungal skin infections unless prescribed. Avoid use on face, groin, armpits or broken skin for long periods; prolonged/overuse may cause skin thinning and steroid-related side effects. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucosa. Use with caution in children and do not use under occlusion unless advised. Stop and consult a doctor if irritation, worsening infection, or no improvement occurs.

No major interactions expected with topical use; avoid using other topical antibiotics/steroids/irritants on the same area unless advised as it may increase irritation or absorption.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep tube tightly closed and out of reach of children.
