Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency; supportive therapy in osteoporosis/osteopenia and during increased requirements (e.g., pregnancy/lactation) as advised by a doctor.

Calcium supplementation helps maintain bone mineralization and supports normal nerve and muscle function. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, helping improve calcium levels and bone strength.

Oral tablets/capsules: take as directed by physician, commonly 1 tablet daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose; keep a gap of 2–4 hours from iron, thyroid medicines, and some antibiotics.

Constipation, bloating, gas, nausea, stomach upset, metallic taste

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia/hypervitaminosis D, sarcoidosis, or severe dehydration. Excess intake may cause high calcium levels (symptoms: nausea, vomiting, constipation, confusion, excessive thirst/urination). Consult a doctor if on long-term therapy or if you have heart rhythm disorders. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.
