Ankle sprain/strain (mild to moderate), ligament laxity, ankle instability during walking/sports, post-cast or post-injury support, swelling control with compression in soft-tissue ankle injuries.

Wear the Himgiri Actifit Premium Anklet with the ankle in a neutral position; secure the ankle binder strap snugly (firm support without cutting off circulation). Use during activity or as advised; remove at night unless specifically recommended. Check skin every few hours initially; re-adjust if slipping or causing pressure points.

Common: skin irritation, itching, redness, pressure marks, mild discomfort due to tight fit; Serious: numbness/tingling, worsening pain, bluish discoloration, cold toes/foot suggesting impaired circulation.

Avoid excessive tightness; remove if numbness, tingling, discoloration or increasing pain occurs. Use cautiously in diabetes with neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease, or reduced sensation. Not a substitute for fracture management—seek evaluation for severe pain, deformity, or inability to bear weight. Pregnancy: generally safe as a non-medicinal support; ensure comfortable fit if leg swelling is present.

Store at 15–30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep flat; avoid contact with oils/creams that can degrade elastic. Hand wash with mild soap, air dry; do not wring or expose to high heat.
