Hydrogen Peroxide kills germs on the skin and in a wound, reducing the chance of infection.
Clean the affected area, apply the solution using a cotton ball, let it bubble to disinfect, and cover with a bandage. Repeat as needed.

Check that your tetanus cover is current after any dirty or penetrating wound.
