Provides heat therapy for temporary relief from muscle pain, joint pain, backache, menstrual cramps, and stiffness; helps with comfort in cold conditions.

It works by delivering localized moist/dry heat that increases blood flow and relaxes muscles. Heat helps reduce stiffness and eases pain by soothing spasms and improving tissue flexibility.

Fill with hot (not boiling) water up to about two-thirds, expel excess air, and tighten the stopper securely. Wrap in a cloth before applying to skin; apply for 10–20 minutes at a time. Check for leaks before each use and avoid sleeping with the bag on.

Skin redness, mild burns, blistering (if too hot or prolonged use), irritation, worsening of swelling (if used in acute injury)

Do not use boiling water; risk of scalding. Avoid direct skin contact; always use a cover/cloth. Do not use on numb areas, broken/irritated skin, or in people with reduced sensation (e.g., diabetes/neuropathy) without medical advice. Do not use in the first 24–48 hours of acute injury/swelling—use cold therapy instead. Keep away from children; inspect for cracks/leaks and replace if damaged.

Store empty, dry, and uncapped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not place heavy objects on it; keep the rubber/outer material away from sharp items.
