Helps treat suspected mixed bacterial and protozoal gastrointestinal infection,May reduce diarrhea associated with infective gastroenteritis,Relieves abdominal cramps and bloating due to infection,Convenient oral suspension for pediatric use (as prescribed)

Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a marked measuring cup/spoon and take by mouth as directed by a doctor. Preferably take with food to reduce stomach upset. Complete the full prescribed course if given for an infection.

Do not self-medicate for diarrhea; consult a doctor, especially for children. Use with caution in liver disease, kidney disease, blood disorders, or history of seizures/neurological disease. Stop and seek medical help if severe allergic reaction, severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting/diarrhea, or signs of liver injury (yellowing of eyes/skin, dark urine) occur. Ensure adequate hydration.

Alcohol (disulfiram-like reaction with nitroimidazoles), warfarin/other anticoagulants (increased bleeding risk), phenytoin/phenobarbital (reduced effect), disulfiram (confusion/psychosis risk), lithium (toxicity), cimetidine (increased levels), oral contraceptives (reduced effectiveness possible)

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
