Protection from UVA/UVB rays, prevention of sunburn, tanning and photoaging; supportive care in photosensitive conditions and to prevent worsening of melasma/post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Forms a protective film on the skin containing UV filters that absorb, reflect and/or scatter UVA and UVB radiation. This reduces UV-induced skin damage such as erythema (sunburn), pigmentation and premature aging.
Apply generously and evenly on face/neck and other exposed areas 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2–3 hours and after sweating, swimming, towel-drying or prolonged outdoor exposure. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes and broken/irritated skin.
Mild burning or stinging, redness, itching, dryness, acne/comedones, rash, eye irritation (if contact)
Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue and consult a doctor if severe irritation, swelling or allergy occurs. Avoid use on severely inflamed/broken skin. Keep out of reach of children; if ingested seek medical advice.
No significant drug interactions expected with topical sunscreen; avoid layering with other irritating topical products (retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide) if irritation occurs.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep cap tightly closed.
