Lupiflex 4 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br>Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Taking Ketoprofen with alcohol increases the risk of stomach bleeding.

Use of Lupiflex 4 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Lupiflex 4 Tablet is used in pain due to muscle spasm.
Lupiflex 4 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ketoprofen and Thiocolchicoside which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lupiflex 4 Tablet is to be taken with food.
