Prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency; nutritional supplementation in conditions requiring magnesium support (e.g., inadequate dietary intake, increased requirements).

Magnesium is an essential mineral that acts as a cofactor in many enzymatic reactions involved in energy production, nerve conduction and muscle function. Supplementation restores body magnesium levels and helps relieve symptoms related to deficiency.

Tablet; take as advised by a physician. Generally taken once daily after food with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use with caution in kidney disease or reduced urine output (risk of high magnesium levels). Stop and seek medical advice if severe diarrhoea, weakness, slow heartbeat, or breathing difficulty occurs. If pregnant/breastfeeding, have chronic illness, or are on long-term medicines, consult a doctor before use.

tetracycline antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics (e.g., ciprofloxacin/levofloxacin), levothyroxine, bisphosphonates (e.g., alendronate), iron supplements, calcium supplements (separate dosing by 2-4 hours)
