Myoril Injection contains Thiocolchicoside (4mg). Prescription required.

Relief of painful muscle spasms associated with acute musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, sprains/strains, and other painful contractures

Thiocolchicoside is a centrally acting muscle relaxant. It reduces muscle spasm by acting on inhibitory neurotransmission (GABA/glycine-related pathways) in the spinal cord/central nervous system, leading to muscle relaxation and pain relief.

For intramuscular use only; administer by a healthcare professional. Dose and duration as prescribed by the doctor; typically used for short-term treatment. Follow label instructions and do not self-inject.

Injection site pain, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, headache, allergic reactions (rash/itching)

Use only on medical advice. May cause dizziness/somnolence—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid during breastfeeding unless prescribed. Use with caution in patients with epilepsy/convulsion risk or history of seizures. Do not exceed prescribed dose or duration (thiocolchicoside is generally recommended for short-term use). Seek urgent care for signs of allergy (swelling, breathing difficulty).

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased drowsiness), medicines that lower seizure threshold (e.g., tramadol, bupropion, certain antipsychotics/antidepressants), sedatives (benzodiazepines), other muscle relaxants (additive effects)

Store below 25°C, protected from light. Do not freeze. Keep ampoules in the outer carton and out of reach of children.
