Used as a topical antibacterial/antiseptic ointment for prevention and treatment of minor skin infections in cuts, wounds, abrasions and burns.

Topical antibiotics/antimicrobials in such ointments inhibit or kill bacteria on the skin, reducing bacterial load and helping prevent infection in minor wounds. This supports healing and reduces redness, swelling and discharge due to bacterial infection.

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer 1–3 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Cover with a sterile dressing if advised; wash hands before and after use. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and inside the nose.

Burning, stinging, itching, redness, rash, dryness, allergic contact dermatitis

Do not use on large/deep wounds, serious burns, or for prolonged periods unless advised by a doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if irritation, rash, swelling, worsening redness, pus or fever occurs (possible allergy or worsening infection). Avoid use if allergic to topical antibiotics/ointment ingredients. Use with caution in infants/young children and in people with extensive skin damage; avoid occlusive dressings unless prescribed.

No major systemic interactions expected with topical use; however, avoid using multiple topical antibiotics/antiseptics on the same area unless prescribed (may increase irritation or sensitization).

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from heat and direct light. Keep the cap tightly closed and protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
