Nebzmart-GF Combipack Smartule (1ml Each) is a combination of glycopyrrolate and arformoterol. Glycopyrrolate blocks the activity of an endogenous chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This helps the muscles around the lungs stay relaxed and reduces COPD symptoms such as coughing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. Arformoterol relaxes and opens air passages, making it easier to breathe.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

This is a prescription-only medicine. Take it exactly as your doctor has directed, for the period directed. Do not share it with anyone else, even if their symptoms seem the same. Tell your doctor about every other medicine, supplement and herbal product you take. Report any unexpected or severe symptom to your doctor rather than stopping on your own. Know which of your inhalers is the reliever and which is the preventer. A preventer must be used every day even when you feel well; a reliever is for symptoms. Seek emergency care if your reliever is not working, if you cannot speak a full sentence, or if you are using the reliever far more often than usual. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after every steroid inhaler dose to prevent thrush and hoarseness. Ask your doctor or pharmacist to watch your technique — poor technique is the commonest reason an inhaler seems not to work. Use a spacer if one has been advised, particularly for children.

Give your doctor and pharmacist a full list of everything you take. Beta blockers, including eye drops for glaucoma, can tighten the airways and reduce the effect of your reliever.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
