Headache, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, diarrhea, flushing, changes in blood pressure, restlessness, injection site pain or redness
Use with caution in patients with severe vagotonia, history of seizures, or hypersensitivity to citicoline. Monitor blood pressure and neurological status as advised. Use only under medical supervision; avoid driving if dizziness occurs. Seek urgent care for signs of allergic reaction (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty).
