Nutritional supplement for hair health; used to support hair growth, reduce hair fall related to nutritional deficiencies, and improve hair thickness and strength.

Hair nutrition tablets typically provide key vitamins, minerals and amino acids that support keratin synthesis and follicle metabolism. By correcting nutritional deficiencies and reducing oxidative stress, they may help improve hair strength and reduce breakage and shedding.

Oral tablet. Take as advised by a physician; commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, headache, metallic taste, acne (with biotin in some users)

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or history of kidney stones (if high-dose vitamin C/biotin/minerals are present). If pregnant, breastfeeding, on chronic medicines, or if hair loss is sudden/patchy or associated with scalp disease/thyroid issues, consult a doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs.

May reduce absorption of tetracyclines/quinolones (if it contains iron/zinc); separate by 2–4 hours. Antacids/PPIs may reduce absorption of some minerals. Warfarin interaction possible if vitamin K is present. Biotin can interfere with certain lab tests (thyroid, troponin); inform the lab/doctor.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
