Provides heat therapy for temporary relief of muscle and joint pain, backache, neck/shoulder pain, cramps, stiffness and soreness; useful in sprains/strains and arthritis-related discomfort.
The pad generates therapeutic heat that increases local blood flow and relaxes muscles. Heat helps reduce muscle spasm, improves tissue flexibility and can lessen pain and stiffness.
Use as an external heat therapy device only. Charge/plug-in as per user manual, place the pad over the affected area (preferably over a thin cloth), and select a comfortable heat setting. Apply for 10–20 minutes per session (or as advised); do not sleep with the pad on and do not use on broken/irritated skin.
Skin redness, mild burning sensation, skin irritation, blistering (from excessive heat/prolonged use)
For external use only. Avoid prolonged continuous use to prevent burns; check skin frequently, especially in elderly, diabetics, or those with reduced sensation/poor circulation. Do not use on open wounds, numb areas, severe inflammation, or immediately after injury (first 24–48 hours) unless advised. Keep away from water; do not use if cord/device is damaged; follow charging and safety instructions. Children should use only under adult supervision. Seek medical advice if pain persists or worsens.
No drug interactions. Use caution with topical pain-relief products (e.g., capsaicin/menthol) at the same site as heat may increase irritation/burn risk.
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not fold sharply; keep the cord and heating surface protected. Keep away from water and excessive heat sources.
