Capsule

Used as a digestive health/probiotic supplement to support gut flora balance; may be used for diarrhoea (including antibiotic-associated diarrhoea), indigestion, bloating and general gut discomfort (as advised).

Probiotic/ digestive-support capsules work by replenishing beneficial intestinal bacteria and restoring normal gut microflora. This helps improve digestion, reduce gas/bloating and supports normal bowel movements.

Capsule: take as directed by the physician. Commonly taken once or twice daily after food with water; avoid taking with hot beverages. If used with antibiotics, keep a 2–3 hour gap.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in immunocompromised patients, critically ill patients, those with central venous catheters or severe underlying illness (rare risk of infection with probiotics). Consult a doctor if diarrhoea persists >48 hours, there is fever/blood in stools, severe dehydration, or in pregnancy/lactation. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reaction occurs.

Antibiotics (may reduce probiotic effect; separate by 2–3 hours), antifungals (may affect yeast-based probiotics like Saccharomyces), immunosuppressants (use with caution)

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed. Refrigerate only if mentioned on pack label.
