Pediaclick Nasal Spray contains Xylometazoline (0.05%w/v) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.
This medicine is used in the treatment of blocked nose, allergic rhinitis and nasal dryness.
Xylometazoline acts inside the nose to reduce swelling and congestion or to moisten the lining.
Blow your nose gently, then insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the other and breathe in as you press. Aim slightly away from the middle of your nose. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Do not use a medicated nasal decongestant for more than the few days stated on the pack. Longer use causes rebound congestion that is worse than the original block. Saline drops and sprays have no such limit and are safe for repeated use. Use your own bottle only — sharing spreads infection.
Decongestants can raise blood pressure; tell your doctor if you are hypertensive.
Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.
