Piosys-30 contains Pioglitazone (30mg) and is used for piosys 30 Tablet is used. Prescription required.

Piosys 30 Tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It is used along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

Piosys 30 Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication. It works by increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin, a natural substance that helps control blood sugar levels.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Piosys 30 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you feel shaky, sweaty, confused or unusually hungry, take sugar, glucose or a sweet drink at once and tell your doctor — these are signs your blood sugar has fallen too low. If a low-sugar episode happens while on an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor such as voglibose or acarbose, use glucose — ordinary sugar and sweets work more slowly. Tell your doctor about any new swelling of the ankles, breathlessness or sudden weight gain.

Low blood sugar is more likely when combined with insulin or a sulfonylurea.
