Human placental extract 0.10 g per g (10% w/w) gel
Adjunct topical treatment to promote healing of chronic/non-healing wounds such as diabetic ulcers, pressure sores (bed sores), varicose ulcers, traumatic wounds, and post-surgical wounds (as advised by doctor).
Human placental extract contains bioactive substances that may promote granulation tissue formation, improve local blood supply and support tissue regeneration. It helps in faster wound healing by stimulating repair processes and reducing local inflammation.
For external use only. Clean the affected area with sterile saline/antiseptic as advised, apply a thin layer of gel over the wound/ulcer and cover with a sterile dressing. Use 1–2 times daily or as directed by the physician; wash hands before and after application.
Application site burning, irritation, redness, itching, rash, allergic reaction
Do not apply to eyes, inside mouth, or on large raw areas unless advised. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, allergy, increased pain, swelling, fever, pus, or worsening infection occurs. Use with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to placental extract; keep out of reach of children.
No clinically significant drug interactions are well established for topical placental extract; avoid applying simultaneously with other topical agents on the same site unless advised.
Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed; do not freeze.
