Neuropathic pain (peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy), nerve pain associated with vitamin B12 deficiency, tingling/numbness due to nerve damage

Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and relieving neuropathic pain. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath formation and nerve repair.

Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once or twice daily, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Do not stop pregabalin suddenly—taper only on medical advice.

Dizziness, drowsiness/somnolence, blurred vision, fatigue, dry mouth, weight gain, peripheral edema (swelling), constipation, difficulty concentrating

May cause dizziness and sleepiness—avoid driving/operating machinery until you know its effects. Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed). Risk of suicidal thoughts/behavior with antiepileptics—seek help if mood changes occur. May cause swelling/weight gain; caution in heart failure. Do not discontinue abruptly (withdrawal symptoms). Hypersensitivity/angioedema can occur; stop and seek care if facial swelling or breathing trouble occurs.

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (sedatives, opioids, benzodiazepines) increase drowsiness/respiratory depression risk, Opioids (e.g., morphine) may increase pregabalin levels and constipation/sedation, Antidiabetic thiazolidinediones (pioglitazone/rosiglitazone) may increase edema/weight gain, Antihistamines and sleep medicines increase sedation

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
