Liquid Paraffin softens the stool and encourages the bowel to move, making it easier to pass.
Take 15-30ml orally at bedtime or as directed by the physician. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Cramping, Bloating, Flatulence, Loose motions, Nausea
Drink plenty of water while taking any laxative, particularly the fibre-based ones — without it they can make constipation worse. Do not use stimulant laxatives daily over long periods without medical advice; the bowel becomes reliant on them. See a doctor if constipation is new and persistent in an adult over forty, or comes with blood, weight loss or severe pain.
Laxatives can reduce the absorption of other medicines taken at the same time.
Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Once opened, use it within the period printed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children.
