QUtan SR 200 Tablet works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline), natural substances in the brain that help maintain mental balance and stop the movement of pain signals in the brain.

Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. QUtan SR 200 Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Report any tremor, stiffness, restlessness or uncontrollable movements of the face, tongue or limbs to your doctor promptly — these can become persistent if not addressed. Seek emergency care for high fever with severe muscle stiffness, confusion and sweating. This is rare but life-threatening. These medicines can raise blood sugar, cholesterol and weight. Your doctor will monitor them — keep those appointments. Never stop suddenly; your doctor will reduce the dose gradually. Take care in hot weather — this group affects how your body regulates temperature.

Alcohol and sedatives add to the drowsiness. Tell your doctor about any medicine that affects heart rhythm.
