Probiotic blend (exact strains and CFU not available)

Restoration of healthy gut flora; adjunct in acute diarrhoea (including antibiotic-associated diarrhoea), loose stools, bloating and digestive discomfort; supportive care in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as advised by physician.

Probiotics help restore the balance of beneficial intestinal bacteria disrupted by infections, antibiotics or diet changes. They can inhibit harmful microbes, support gut barrier function and aid digestion, which may reduce diarrhoea and abdominal discomfort.

Oral powder sachet. Mix the contents of 1 sachet in water/milk/ORS (preferably at room temperature) and consume immediately. Can be taken with or without food; if on antibiotics, keep a gap of 2–3 hours. Use duration as advised by a healthcare professional.

Gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, nausea, constipation

Probiotics are generally well tolerated. Use with caution and only under medical advice in immunocompromised patients, those on chemotherapy/high-dose steroids, critically ill patients, premature infants, or patients with central venous catheters due to rare risk of bloodstream infection. Seek medical care if diarrhoea is severe, persists >48 hours, or is accompanied by high fever, blood in stool, severe dehydration, or severe abdominal pain. Do not mix with hot liquids.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and moisture. Keep the sachet tightly sealed and use immediately after opening. Do not refrigerate/freeze unless stated on pack.
