Nutritional supplement for hair health; used as an adjuvant in hair fall, thinning hair, brittle hair and to support hair growth in nutritional deficiencies.

Hair supplements typically provide essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants required for keratin production and healthy hair follicles. They help correct micronutrient deficiencies that can contribute to hair fall and poor hair quality.

Tablet; take as advised by physician/dietitian, commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, headache, metallic taste

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in pregnancy/lactation and in patients with kidney disease or known vitamin/mineral excess; consult a doctor before use. If you have thyroid disease or are on anticoagulants/antiplatelets, seek medical advice before starting. Stop use and consult a doctor if rash or hypersensitivity occurs.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (if containing vitamin E/omega-3), levothyroxine (if containing biotin/iron/calcium), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (if containing minerals like zinc/iron/calcium—separate by 2-4 hours), isotretinoin (vitamin A excess), antacids (mineral absorption)
