Directions for Use
Tablet; take exactly as prescribed, usually after food with a full glass of water. Swallow whole; do not crush/chew. Maintain adequate fluid intake; dosing is often started low and increased gradually to reduce stomach upset.

Warnings & Precautions
Prescription medicine. Avoid if allergic to sulfonamides or salicylates. Can cause serious skin reactions, blood disorders (low WBC/platelets), liver toxicity, and kidney issues—periodic CBC, LFT, and renal function monitoring is advised. Use caution in G6PD deficiency, asthma, liver or kidney disease. May cause folate deficiency—doctor may advise folic acid. Stop and seek urgent care if severe rash, fever, sore throat, unusual bruising/bleeding, yellowing of eyes/skin, or breathing difficulty occurs.
